Q. Can i cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Q. I put the wrong address in my order, what should i do?
A. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Little Luxuries will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Q. I have not received my order confirmation, what should i do?
A. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here.
Q. How can i check the status of my order?
A. You will be able to track your order with your USPS tracking number given to you.
Q. Do you have international shipping?
A. We only ship to locations in the US at this time.
Q. Do you offer returns?
A. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Little Luxuries the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our contact us.
Q. My items arrived damaged, what should i do?
A. Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our Contact Us page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
Q. I received incorrect items in my order, what should i do?
A. Please visit our page here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.
Q. Do you offer exchanges?
A. Unfortunately, we do not take exchanges currently.
